I hope I can put into words how great your villa is so here goes.. What a holiday !! 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year of bliss in your gorgeous villa. As first time visitors to Florida and the "Wonderful World of Disney" we were a little nervous about making the holiday of a lifetime decisions. Thankfully Justin and Justine were at hand to help us with everything, from booking the car hire, park tickets and giving a masterclass on where, when and how !! Their Villa is absolutely fantastic. Our 3 children loved the pool, and enjoyed quite a few late night swims after hectic days in the parks. The games room provided great indoor entertainment while we prepared each morning for our day trips. The villa comes equipped with everything you can possibly need to relax. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and perfectly placed - very close to all the parks, Malls, shopping and Walmarts!! Only 10 mins to the local supermarket and restaurants that also offer a take-away delivery service !! It was very easy to drive from the villa further afield (only about an hour to Kennedy Space centre in one direction and also Busch Gardens in the other). The free Wi-Fi in the villa allowed us to keep in contact with everyone at home and we even received a courtesy call from Justin to make sure we were all ok and if there was anything he could do. We would definitely recommend "Villa Serenity" to anyone wanting the perfect base to start and end the perfect holiday. Keep up the good work... we'll be back !!

Villa Serenity is a must stay place for anyone looking for privacy, luxury, and space. All the information about the villa and surrounding area was laid out for us. During our two week stay we did not have a single problem. We all wish we could have stayed longer (even thought about squatting). There was more than enough room for 7 of us, including three teenagers and a two year old, and as the old lady of the group occasionally I like my privacy which wasn't a problem the villa was so big. We all loved the pool especially after a long hot day at the parks, Games room excellent . Villa was spotless, and well equipped, If I ever get the chance I would book with Justine again in a heartbeat. Aside from the villa being everything we hoped it would be {and more} I would like to say how from the minute we had contact with Justin he made it all so easy, I felt that he genuinley cared about our holiday and wanted us to have a good time, He helped as much as possible to ensure all went well. Thanks Justin . We had a great time, Any one sitting at home looking at the computer images wondering whether it's really as good as it looks, take it from me a bit of a pessamist, Its FANTASTIC.

Wow what an absolutely fantastic holiday we have all just had!!!!!! We have just returned from 3 weeks of fun in the sun and staying in the villa from heaven. From the very first e mail and phone call to book the villa (nearly 3 years ago)down to the courtesy call made to us whilst in the villa you both made our dream holiday an amazing stress free experience. Every aspect has been clearly thought out,from all of your helpful hints and maps and directions before we left the U.K. and whilst we were there in your villa folder you really have thought of everything. Your villa is the best property that we as a family have been lucky enough to stay in very clean and well planned and so much space. Our children loved the games room so much so that they would like one now we are at home and as a family we all loved the pool area, spending many a relaxing night out by the pool watching the sunset and having a swim. Your website is superb in itself but in reality the villa is absolutely stunning , beyond our expectations. My husband said that if he could have transported the villa home he would have done!! Fantastic accommodation and location and highly recommend. It is within a gated community, and the Villa itself was well equipped for both inside the house and for when visiting the parks e.g push chairs, maps, hints & tips, car seat. The pool was a favourite and frequently used day and night. It is within easy reach to many locations, with a good supermarket just 5 minutes away. We were a party of 9 and there was plenty of space for all. With 3 bathrooms we were never queuing! The house was also very clean and tidy, and freshly decorated. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon! One last thing to add, it was very easy through-out the whole process in terms of booking, staying and receiving the security deposit. It made a lovely holiday location - thank you!

Wow what a great holiday! - ' One of the most beautiful homes I have ever been in, we will definatly be returning to Villa Serentity!' - Thank you for making things easy for us with your very clear directions from the airport to the villa. With your instructions, we found it a very simple process gaining access to the estate and the property itself. What a beautiful area you have picked to buy a villa! Such a quiet, clean, and stunning estate. The villa itself just made our holiday. Really it did. We couldn't have asked for anything else, everything we could have needed was there and more. There was so much space that the worry of every one treading on each others toes for two weeks just never happened. The pool area backing onto so much open space and privacy was bliss! And coming home after a busy day at the parks to get into that lovely warm pool was heaven!! We spent a few nights watching the sun set and having a bbq while the kids played in the pool never wanting to leave!! We took a few trips over to the club house during our stay. Twice we had the whole place to ourselves, and another time just one more family were there. The pictures dont do the club house enough justice, it was so lovely. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi even warmer! The park area next to the pool was a great joy for the kids, whilst other members of the family made good use out of the gym and internet facilities.The information you provided us about the local area, shops and parks etc was a great help. We refered to them alot and with you providing simple directions to alot of places too, we didn't need maps. All in all it has been a pleasure staying in your home and we as a family sincerely want to thank you for helping make our holiday so special....I have no doubt if and when we return to florida, Villa Serenity will be our first choice!

We have just arrived home. Your villa is absolutely first class and outstanding in every way. It is located in a beautiful residential area. However, what particualrly impressed us was the size which is far bigger than you can tell from the website and the quality of finish. We noticed all the appliances are new and top range, the furniture is beautiful and the decor superb. We also noticed the extra efforts you had gone to that made this villa far superior to our last 3 florida trips e.g. the excellent house file with useful information on just about everything. This does not cost a lot to produce but does involve a great deal of effort which is much appreciated. Similarly, DVDs' of great films rather than ones being sold off. We also noticed the pool heating was very effective, and the pool was useable throughout our stay despite a cold spell in Florida. The whole feel of the villa was that you had put a great deal of time, money and effort into making this the absolute perfect villa. Our friends were staying nearby in Davenport in another Villa. It had cost the same but unfortunately was in a totally different league. We will have no hessitation in booking your villa again for our next florida trip and thank you for the fantastic holiday you helped us to have.

We had a super holiday my parents were amazed as to what they did and the variety of things Florida had to offer. My dad in particular loved relaxing by the side of the pool in the evening warmth. Everything was lovely and straight forward as you said and all of your instructions were wonderful and clear. We stopped at Publix on route and bought necessities as you suggested. The villa was spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh towels. The children spent many hours in the pool and also enjoyed the fussball table. The car booster seat was an added bonus which was much appreciated. We all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and this was added to by the fact that we knew we were always coming back to a spacious, comfortable and welcoming villa; everthinhg you had led me to believe that it would be. Your courtesy call was a nice and reassuring touch and we look forward to visiting you again.

This was our first trip to the USA and we knew nothing at all! We contacted Justine and Justin via their website purely because they were fairly local to us in the UK and their website looked good, so we booked. Prior to our departure we found the email correspondence excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them, telling us the cheapest places for park tickets, hire cars and everything else we were likely to need. On arrival at the villa we expected to find it a bit “tired” due to it being hired out when the owners were not using it. Not so – the villa is beautiful, clean and like home from home. Justine and Justin have great taste and this is shown in the furnishings and decoration of the villa. The pool is a decent length for a swim and we opted for the pool heating as we were there in October/November, which was great and well worth the extra outlay. The bedding and towels were white and freshly laundered and the beds are very comfortable. The villa is located about 15 minutes’ drive from the main attractions which are easy to get to with a car (we hired one) but if you want a day off from the hectic schedule of theme parks, a day round the villa is great, quiet but with plenty to do – games room, pool, main swimming pool in the complex with Jacuzzi, small play area on complex, etc. The photo’s on the website definitely do not do the villa justice. In one word superb – would definitely go back there again.

My family and I stayed at Villa Serenity in July 11 for 3 weeks. We were a party of 6 with 4 children aged 13, 12, 2 & 1. The villa was spacious with lovely bedrooms and ensuite facilities for 2 of the bedrooms. The older children were able to escape from the younger ones and we never felt like we were tripping over each other! The games room and the pool were a godsend and we were located fairly close to all the theme parks, plus restaurants and supermarkets. We didn't use the clubhouse but did wander over and it was lovely and quiet. Everything has been thought of. From the moment of first contact to book the villa, there was regular contact and information from the Woottens, with all questions answered. On site there was welcome books and wifi connection to the courtesy call from Justin to see how we were getting on. We never once thought 'if only we had this', we had it all!!! Would thoroughly recommend Villa Serenity. We are already thinking about when to go again. Thank you Justin & Justine, for letting us share your wonderful home.

Let me tell you what my family thought of staying in your wonderful villa: Right from requesting a quote for your villa up until booking it you were so very helpful and not at all pushy, the only person to actually give me a call to find out what kind of villa we were looking for whilst carefully deciding if we were the kind of people you would like to stay in your villa. Now I hope you take that the right way as your villa shows that you take great care of it and you understandably want people in there that will treat it with the same care. Your villa is so clean and bright, a wonderful size yet very homely. At the end of the day there was nothing like returning home, sticking the kettle on, putting our feet up and reminiscing about the day we'd just had, many a time we'd jump straight in the pool which was fantastic after being so hot all day. My Aunt and Uncle have been to Florida twice before, both times they stayed in a hotel, 'never again' was there opinion having experienced your villa. With 3 adults, 2 teenagers and my 17 month old daughter we never once felt on top of each other and the master bedroom and en suite was perfect for myself and daughter and meant that we did not disturb anyone with our early mornings or waking in the night. Thank you so much for making our stay in Florida even more memorable and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and when we go back I shall be in touch. Brilliant!!!

Having stayed in Orlando many times my family and I have experienced a variety of Villa's in the area. Villa Serenity was certainly one of the best. From the very start Justin made the booking process very easy and offered help with other aspects of the holiday also. We enjoyed watching the Video on the website a few times to get us in the Florida mood before going!! The video says it all. Roomy, spacious, bright and clean and with all the ameneties you could ask for. With 4 children the games room was a must and we loved it!! The pool was warm and has the sun for the whole day which is great as we have stayed in non south facing pools before and ended up sunbathing in the drive way! We were so busy we didn't have time to enjoy the Gym and communal pool but both looked great. We've recently returned from our 'honeymoon' in Florida and would like to thank Justin and Justine for helping to make it just that little bit extra special for us! The villa was really fabulous, just as pictured on the Website. We were really impressed with the furnishings, it was tastefully decorated and all of the interior ornaments/pictures etc gave it that added touch of class! It was clear that a lot of consideration has been given to make guests feel right at home..........as we did. It was lovely and spacious, clean and had everything we could have needed. It really was great to arrive after a long journey to this luxurious villa and feel immediately relaxed in our surroundings. The pool and games room were fab too!! We had some extremely lengthy pool tournaments with the children (yes we brought them along on our honeymoon too!) which were great fun. We all have some wonderful memories of this holiday and I'm so glad we booked this villa as it just helped make it that extra bit special for us. The villa is in a really good position for the parks/supermarkets etc. Thanks to the directions/information provided by Justine & Justin before the holiday and also the welcome book in the villa itself, we had no problem getting around and finding new restaurants or shopping malls etc. The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly and we'd like to thank you both for all the help and information you gave us. The fact that the clubhouse (2 mins from the villa) had computers with free internet access was brilliant. We checked in on-line the day before our flights and avoided the massive queus at Orlando Airport!!! Thanks for a fantastic holiday which we will never forget!!!! The only problem is, there's just too much to do in Florida ...................I guess we'll have to take another trip out there!

What a fantastic holiday we have all just had which all starts with the fantastic base we had to stay in. The comfort, the standard and the quality of the villa exceeded all our expectations despite seeing the great pictures on the website. The website is informative and comprehensive but the pictures and vitual tour still don't do justice to the huge ceiling heights and overall airy feel that this gives the home. The standard of fittings are first class and the villa is spotless. There is loads of helpful info on the surrounding areas and this all makes your holiday go really well giving you time to relax with your family. Wow! Where to begin..... Your villa was absolutely beautiful! It was so comfortable and so clean!!! The decor was gorgeous and so well put together! Everything was so well organized, actually from day one of the booking process. Every detail was explained and the guide in the villa was very helpful! Our stay at this villa was wonderful. The location is very quiet, but close enough to Disney. They were great with giving directions and detailed information on the house. Your villa was really wonderful and a great place to relax, there's nothing I could suggest you could do to make it better. Thank you very much also for the welcome pack you provided, as it was a help when deciding what to do for dinner on some days. The villa was really spacious and located in a closed community so security worries were non existent. The kids enjoyed both the games room and the pool whilst the two lounge areas allowed for places to read and places to watch tv. The villa is located far away enough from the tourist heavy areas to allow for a less frantic holiday, but not so far away that it was a chore getting to those places. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms so no arguments regarding timeslots arose and thanks once again for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your house in Florida. It was exactly the same as the website - the layout was very familiar to us as we had seen it so often on the website. It was clean and welcoming. It was nice knowing what we were coming home to at night as we were out most days from 10am - 9pm. We did have one day in and our youngest aged 12 and eldest aged 21 were never out of the pool the whole day. It was warm and everyone in our family enjoyed a dip with the responsibility of the pool cover going to my husband and eldest son in the evenings.It was lovely that the pool got the sun most of the day form 10.30'ish in the morning. The games room was great and the boys used it more when they were waiting for the girls to finish preening in the mornings. There were yells as my husband is unbeatable at foosball, we tried to beat him with two people at one side! We would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the magnificent Villa Serenity. From the day we booked to the day we left Justin and Justine were very very helpful and understanding in every possible way. The clear instructions they gave us before we left helped everything run as smooth as possible from the airport right up to entering the villa. The handbook they have left in the villa has everything you need to know whilst staying there with helpful hints about shopping at the best malls etc and even how to unlock the bedroom doors from the outside - as we had to do when our 2 year old decided to lock them so nobody could get back in!!!!! The villa is beautifully furnished and was immaculately clean with a very spacious feel and plenty of room for our 5 children to roam about. The villa has been equipped with all home from home accessories and our baby slept ever so well in the travel cot provided. Our children really enjoyed the pool, especially our 2 year old son Kai as it was his first proper time in a pool and was confidently jumping in by the end of the 2 weeks off the steps. We would thoroughly recommend staying in this villa and would love to return again preferably for 3 weeks. Once again thank you for sharing your villa with us.

The villa lived up to its name completely and is ideally situated in a quiet , country area , not only for the Orlando Parks, but for Tampa/Busch Gardens also. I think that when the clubhouse is completed this will add another dimension to the villa experience as it will provide a local escape without the need to jump in the car. When we return to Florida which I'm sure won't be too long in the future, we definitely hope to stay at your villa again

We just wanted to thank you for providing a fabulous Villa! It is just beautiful here and we are enjoying our time very much. It's soooo comfortable. The following is some of what I blogged on my MySpace about our experience here: On to our destination (from the Airport) - Villa Sweet Villa - a.k.a. Home Sweet Home - for the week. We didn't have any trouble at all finding our Villa. When we got to the entrance, we found out it was under 24/7 Security. What an awesome place! We have 4 bedrooms. The Master has a bathroom with a Garden Tub and a separate nice sized walk in shower. The toilet is in a separate little room of it's own within the large bathroom. And there is a nice sized sink complete with lots of drawers and counter top. AND there is a walk-in closet for clothes, towels, etc. complete with hangers and a safe box. Pretty nice, eh? Then there are 3 other bedrooms - one with a connected bathroom and a double bed and TV and nice sized closet, which Jessica took. Sara took another bedroom which has 2 twin beds in it and a nice sized closet and there is still yet another bedroom with the same size closet. There is a spacious living room area when you first enter with a large sectional sofa which pulls out into a bed and a dining area which seats 6 - with additional leafs for the table, if desired. Then as you walk through the high slender arch, you enter the kitchen complete with Microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, stove, garbage disposal, dish washer, stocked cupboards with utensils and dishes, toaster, blender, and spacious counter tops. There is even an I-Pod holder with speakers. Then on the other side of the open counter, there is a living room with a TV and two couches and end tables. There is a Play Station with games and some videos like Finding Nemo and The Incredibles. THEN, there is a patio door and outside of that, there is our own private 5 foot in-ground heated pool complete with floatie noodles and a boogie board. The girls and I basked in the sun and ate Popsicles and Jessica swam and Sara and I got our feet wet and then laid on the comfy lounge chairs. After coming in for the afternoon, the girls watched some TV and I did some laundry. Oh yes, and there is a Game Room complete with a Pool Table, Foose Ball Table and Electronic Dart Board - with added voice comments on it. There is also the Washer and Dryer out there. This is what they made the Garage into. I beat Jerry at Pool and Jerry beat me at Foosball. Oh, and there is also a Stand Up George Forman Electric Grill, a High Chair, Play Pen, Stroller, Diaper Bag and Sand Toys for small children. Unbelievable!! Well, last but not least, as Jerry & I sit here on our Lap Tops, we hear the grinding of the Blender from the kitchen. Kind of a scary thing as we wonder what in the world the girls are concocting. Sounds like ice. Yes, and Kool-Aid. They've made their own slushies. So they are set with their cozy-comfy little jammies, their giggling voices, and their home made slushies. Ahhh...the memories they are making. Until next time...

The villa is large and spacious, and has absolutely everything you need, a real home from home with 4 fantastic bedrooms with loads of room and plenty of space for all the purchases from the parks. All the parks are in easy reach and only takes 20 mins to any of them plus within easy reach of restaurants, with the major I4 only a few minutes away. We had a marvellous time even though we had to batten down the hatches for the tropical storm Fay. The villa was set in a lovely secure gated environment with the supermarkets 10 minutes away. We did not have to worry about the kids they had plenty to play with in the games room and of course the pool was the icing on the cake and is a good size, even with 4 adults and 2 children playing water polo. When we go next time this villa will be the first property we shall look to rent.

We thought the proper thing to do was give up the master suite to the inlaws and they were VERY impressed with their room! The website really doesn't do justice to what is a beautiful house, the decor is done in a very classy way and what we experienced was beyond our expectations. We would definitely want to stay again if we were to return to Florida which we hope to in the forthcoming years. For children and adults the villa has everything you would need and is very spacious especially considering it has only one floor - there was easily enough room for us and more people! The location is fantastic and the positioning of the house on the resort is perfect with a view into the horizon and not overlooked at the back. We really appreciate your efforts and considered communication before, during and after our stay. From information about world cup schedules to directions to nearest supermarkets you went the extra mile. Overall a lovely home rented out by good people which I would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic time in your beautiful villa.The courtesy call on our first day was much appreciated. This was our 2nd holiday in America and this time we decided to take it a bit slower and certainly made the most of the pool at the villa. The location of the villa was an easy drive from the airport & convenient for all the theme Parks. You can also get to Daytona Beach in just over an hour. We did an air boat trip at Boggy Creek which is just down the road. The Villa was ideal for us. Plenty of space & we all had our own bathrooms. The main bedroom was very big with lots of storage and best of all a walk in closet which you could dress in! The games room was great in the evening after the hot busy days at the park. There are plenty of places to eat out (Our favourites TGI Sports Bar & Crackerbarrel all within 15 mins of the villa. We only ate breakfast in the Villa but the kitchen was well equipped with crockery & cutlery. Plenty of towels & spare bedding. Thank you Justin and Justine
